Repair and Maintenance of Pumping Machinery, Transformer, RCC Sewer and Manholes in Kot Chutta

The Municipal Committee Kot Chutta invites eligible firms and contractors registered or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category to participate in a procurement tender for repair and maintenance works. The scope includes repair and maintenance of pumping machinery, transformers, disposal works, replacement of RCC sewer 15 inch diameter, raising of manholes, fixing of manhole covers with cast iron frames, painting, and distempering through a framework contract. Items being procured: - Repair/Maintenance of Pumping Machinery - Transformer - Disposal Works - Replacement of RCC Sewer 15" Diameter - Raising of Manholes - Fixing of Manhole Covers with C.I Frame - Painting and Distempering The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System with a single stage one envelope bidding procedure under open competitive bidding method. Bidders must submit their E-bids by uploading PDF files on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Earnest money in the form of CDR from any scheduled bank at 5% of the estimated cost is required. Original CDR must be produced to the Chief Officer along with the letterhead of the applicant firm before the closing time of the bid. Online bids without scanned copy of earnest money will not be accepted. The bid documents must be uploaded on or before 21/10/2026 by 01:00 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the office of Municipal Committee Kot Chutta. Bidders must submit signed and stamped bidding documents and price schedule/bid security on the letterhead of the contractor. Financial instruments must be submitted in hard copy along with uploading a soft copy on the Punjab E-Procurement System as per regulations. Eligibility requires registration with PEC in the relevant category and compliance with FBR/ATL requirements. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
