Prequalification of Distributors and Pharmacies for Procurement of Unquoted Items of Bulk Formulary Medicines for PKLI & RC Lahore

The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC) Lahore invites e-bids from vendors and firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the prequalification of distributors and pharmacies. The procurement concerns unquoted items of bulk formulary medicines specifically for PKLI & RC Lahore. Items being procured: - Unquoted items of bulk formulary medicines for PKLI & RC Lahore Bidders must submit their e-bids online on or before 11.09.2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P). Hard copies are not required. A bid security of 2% of the estimated amount must accompany all bids in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. The bid security must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-P system as prescribed by PITB/Punjab e-Procurement at the time of RFP submission. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Punjab E Procurement System. Further information can be obtained from the Supply Chain department of PKLI & RC Lahore during office hours 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM. The bid validity period is 180 days as per PPRA Clause 28. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next day will be treated as the closing date. Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. PKLI & RC will not be responsible for any cost or loss incurred by bidders in preparation or submission of bids.
