Tender Description
Government College University Lahore invites E-Bids from firms, companies, general order suppliers, manufacturers engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax etc. Bidders must also have a professional tax certificate for the financial year 2026-2027 from Excise & Taxation Department and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).
Items being procured:
- Field Emission Electron Microscope with Accessories (FE-SEM), Quantity: 01 No
The complete E-Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) website https://ep.Punjab.gov.pk. Detailed terms and conditions are mentioned in the Pre-Qualification Document (PQD), which can be downloaded from the PPRA website or Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).
Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the submission deadline and not wait for the last date and time to avoid any issues. Bid submission on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal is the sole responsibility of the bidder. The procuring agency shall not be held responsible for any issues.
Only pre-qualified applicants/firms will be entitled to participate in subsequent prequalification proceedings. The procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Government College University Lahore reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules.
The bid submission deadline is **25th November, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.** and bid opening will be on the same day at 11:30 a.m. Bidders should ensure compliance with all registration and tax requirements and timely submission on the e-Procurement portal.
