Tender Description
This tender invites prequalification applications from reputable firms for the supply of recurrent stationery, other store items, miscellaneous items, and computer stationery for the National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP), Motorway Central-I Zone, Lahore. The procurement covers multiple sectors including M-3 Nankana Sahib, M-2 South Sialmore, M-11 (LSM & LEBP) Daska, and the Zonal and Regional offices in Lahore for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. The scope includes a wide range of items such as office stationery, cleaning supplies, LED bulbs, mosquito sprays, flags, office equipment like keyboards and external hard drives, and safety items like police stop rackets and traffic batons. Delivery is expected within 15 days of call-off orders. The procurement will be conducted through an open framework agreement with mini-competitions among prequalified firms for each procurement.
Applicants must be active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and have at least one year of experience supplying similar goods to government departments. Firms must submit a refundable bid security of PKR 30,000 in the form of a bank draft or call deposit receipt in favor of the Deputy Inspector General of Police NHMP, Motorway Central-I Zone, Lahore. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS and physically in sealed envelopes to the Store Branch, NHMP Complex Babu Sabu, Lahore. The technical bid must be signed and stamped, and original bid security must accompany the submission.
It is advisable to ensure compliance with PEC registration and maintain an active status on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for the fiscal years 2025-26 and 2026-27. Firms should prepare all required documentation including audited accounts, tax returns, and proof of experience with government contracts.
The submission deadline is strictly on the 27th of January 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day at the NHMP Complex, Babu Sabu Interchange, Shera Kot, Lahore. Late submissions or incomplete bids without original bid security will be rejected.
