Prequalification of Firms for Supply of Stores, Miscellaneous Items, and Provision of Repair and Services Through Open Framework Agreement for Financial Years 2026-27 to 2028-29

The National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP), Office of the Deputy Inspector General, South Zone, Karachi, invites prequalification applications from eligible firms for the supply of stores, miscellaneous items, and provision of repair and services through an Open Framework Agreement under the regular budget for the financial years 2026-27 to 2028-29. This prequalification aims to select suppliers who will be eligible to participate in subsequent bidding processes and sign framework agreements for on-demand supply and repair services at the NHMP South Zone office in Karachi. Items being procured include a comprehensive list of office stationery such as A4 and Legal size paper, office furniture including marble table sets and notice boards, calculators, various tapes, staplers and pins, pens, envelopes, files, scissors, sticky notes, toners for printers and photocopiers, lamination machines, heaters, air coolers, LED bulbs, fans, computer accessories like keyboards and mice, metal detectors, electric wires, batteries, kitchen appliances, crockery, cleaning supplies, flags, torches, umbrellas, first aid boxes, fire extinguishers, traffic signs, clocks, toolkits, water storage tanks, mosquito repellents, detergents, and many other items as detailed in the schedule of requirements. The scope also includes repair and maintenance services for furniture, office buildings, machinery, computer hardware and software, electronic communication equipment, and transportation of goods. The delivery schedule requires suppliers to deliver ordered items within 15 days of purchase order issuance, with possible delivery in agreed lots for bulk orders. Eligibility criteria include active registration on the FBR ATL list, valid sales tax and NTN certificates, Sindh Revenue Board registration, dealership certificates if applicable, bank statements, non-blacklisting affidavits, employee details, minimum annual turnover of Rs. 1,000,000, and proof of previous work experience with at least three purchase orders. A pay order/CDR of Rs. 10,000 in favor of DDO NHMP South Zone Karachi is required with the application. Applications must be submitted by hand or courier to the DIG/Zonal Commander Office NHMP South Zone, Northern Bypass at KM 24 M-9 Opposite Al-Habib Restaurant, Karachi by 11:00 AM on 23-09-2026. Bids will be publicly opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. Interested firms should ensure their prequalification documents are duly signed and stamped by authorized representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without liability.
