Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the repasting of blue vinyl for spreaders at NVROs sites in the Dera Ismail Khan Division. This procurement is specifically for the removal of old vinyl and pasting of new approved blue vinyl (3M or equivalent) on existing outlet name plates and spreaders as per PSO approved specifications.
