Tender Description
The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites sealed bids from registered companies and firms for the provision of janitorial and technical services at the NHA Regional Complex located at Havelian Interchange, Abbottabad, including its attached offices. This procurement is managed by the Northern Areas Region of NHA, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance for the regional office building.

- Janitorial services for NHA Regional Complex
- Technical services related to maintenance and upkeep
The scope includes comprehensive janitorial duties and technical maintenance to ensure the facility remains in excellent condition. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and GST authorities, be on the Active Taxpayer List, and hold valid ISO certification. A bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of the General Manager National Highway Authority Abbottabad Retention Money Account is mandatory.

Technical bids must be submitted by 1100 hours on September 22, 2026, at the specified address. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders providing incorrect or unsubstantiated information will face disqualification or legal action. NHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
All firms are encouraged to register on the e-procurement system (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk as manual hard copy bids will be phased out in future procurements.
