Prequalification of Firms for GPS Tracking System & Centralized Monitoring Platform for CM Punjab Green Tractor Program 2026-27

The Directorate General Agriculture (Extension) Punjab invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for prequalification of firms for the Supply, Installation, Integration, Management and Monitoring Platform of GPS Tracking Devices under the Chief Minister's Punjab Green Tractor Program 2026-27 in Lahore. The Government of Punjab has implemented the Chief Minister's Punjab Green Tractor Program, providing 30,000 subsidized tractors to eligible farmers across Punjab. To enhance transparency, real-time monitoring, operational oversight and asset management of these tractors, the Agriculture Department seeks to deploy an integrated GPS Tracking and Monitoring System. Items being procured: - Supply of GPS Tracking Devices - Installation of GPS Tracking Devices - Integration of GPS Tracking Devices - Management and Monitoring Platform of GPS Tracking Devices The scope includes supply, installation, commissioning, integration, operation, maintenance, and management of GPS tracking devices and the associated monitoring system on tractors across Punjab. Interested firms, including Joint Ventures, must be registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or other relevant statutory authorities. Firms must possess valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Prequalification documents with detailed terms and conditions are available on the Punjab e-procurement system website and the Agriculture Department website. A pre-EOI meeting will be held on 27-08-2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of the Directorate General Agriculture (Extension) Punjab, 21-Davis Road, Lahore. EOIs must be submitted online on the Punjab e-procurement system website by or before 10:30 AM on 04-09-2026. EOIs will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Only prequalified firms will be eligible to participate in the next stage. No manual applications will be accepted. The Agriculture Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs without assigning any reason.
