Prequalification of Hospitals for Non-Consulting Services

The NFC Institute of Engineering and Fertilizer Research, Faisalabad is inviting applications for the prequalification of hospitals to provide non-consulting services. This procurement is specifically for hospitals located in Faisalabad, Punjab, aiming to establish a panel of qualified service providers for future Invitation to Bids under the fiscal year 2026-27. The scope includes hospitals with at least 50 beds and 70 percent availability of essential facilities such as Diagnostic Lab, Accident and Emergency, Critical Care, Pathology and Blood Transfusion, Radiology, Gynecology, Surgery, Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Dental, ENT, Ophthalmology, Pediatric Medicine, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Thoracic Surgery, Spine Surgery, Nephrology, Urology, Pulmonology, Anesthesia, Psychiatry, and other allied services. Specialty-based hospitals must have full specialty facilities under one roof. Applicants must be registered with relevant government authorities, hold valid NTN and FBR registration, and must not be blacklisted. They should also demonstrate geographical presence in Faisalabad and provide lists of specialists and public sector or corporate organizations on their panel. The technical evaluation will be based on compliance with these criteria with a passing mark of 70 out of 100. Applications must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with the opening of applications at 11:30 AM the same day.
