Framework Contract of LP Medicines, Surgical Disposables and Dental Material Items for FY 2026-27

The Medical Superintendent of DHQ Hospital Jhelum invites electronic bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System from eligible bidders including manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized dealers, distributors, and pharmacies holding a valid CDSL strictly from District Jhelum as per LP Guidelines vide No. SO(EP&C)6-5/2025(Misc) dated 11th June 2026. This procurement is for the local purchase of medicines, surgical disposables, and dental material items for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Framework Contract of LP Medicines, Disposables & Surgical (Day To Day) Items - Framework Contract of LP Medicines, Disposables & Surgical Items for Sehat Saulat Program (SSP) - Framework Contract for Purchase of Dental Material The bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from ep.punjab.gov.pk. Manual or physical submission of bids is strictly prohibited and will be rejected. The procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended). Bidders must submit e-bids electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System accompanied by a 2% bid security of the estimated price. No physical financial instruments like CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee will be accepted except those submitted via the e-Procurement System. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives at the office of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Jhelum on the closing date. A representative of the firm should reach the office on or before 19-10-2026 at 10:00 AM. The bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day by the Procurement Committee. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. Registration letter or certificate of valid National Tax Number, Income Tax, and General Sales Tax (if applicable) must be provided. This contract will also apply to zakat funds received by the hospital during the year.
