Prequalification for Provision of HVAC and Lifts Maintenance Services with Parts at RHO NADRA Lahore and DAUs

The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Lahore invites applications for prequalification of firms and vendors for the provision of HVAC and lifts maintenance services with parts at RHO NADRA Lahore and its DAUs. This prequalification is intended to establish a closed framework agreement for one year, extendable by six months, for on-demand supply of goods and related services through subsequent call-off contracts. Items being procured: - HVAC/Lifts Supervisor (1 No, 1 Year) - Lift Technician (1 No, 1 Year) - HVAC Technician (1 No, 1 Year) - HVAC system parts including Chiller Invertor, Absorber Pump, Refrigerator Pump, Cooling Water Pump, Gas Control Valve, HT Generator Temperature Sensor, Cooling Water Inlet Temperature Sensor, Cooling Water Needle Sensor, Chiller Main Display and Button, Compound Gauge MPA, Relays, Pressure and Temperature Gauges, Motor Bearings, Cooling Tower Louvers, Fan Belts, Valves, Spark Plug, MAHU Fan Coil Unit Water Cool Evaporator, Blower Motor Bearings, Exhaust Fan Motor Bearings, various chemicals and consumables, filters, capacitors, gloves, safety masks, and other related parts (quantities as required for one year). - Lifts maintenance services and parts for 2x FUJI lifts (5 floors, 10 passengers) including display cards, door springs, shoes, invertor boxes, control cards, ropes, pulleys, contactors, sensors, motors, transformers, breakers, buffers, alarms, switches, and lubricants. - Lift maintenance services and parts at Executive Passport Office Lahore for 1x local lift (5 floors, 5 passengers) including operator services, quarterly maintenance, emergency visits, and various parts. - Lift maintenance services and parts at Mega Centre PECO Road Lahore for 1x Pakistani lift (4 floors, 5 passengers) including operator services, quarterly maintenance, emergency visits, and various parts. The scope covers comprehensive maintenance and supply of parts for HVAC systems and lifts at multiple NADRA locations in Lahore. The contractor will be responsible for timely delivery and maintenance services as per NADRA requirements. Eligibility criteria include valid registrations with FBR, PRA, and PEC, active taxpayer status, and no debarment. Applications must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Director Admin, RHO NADRA Lahore, 73-Trade Center M.A Johar Town Lahore by 1100 hrs on 03 September 2026. Late submissions will not be entertained. Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical specifications and provide warranty for supplied parts for six months excluding consumables. Delivery timelines are 1-2 weeks from contract date. The financial bid should be inclusive of all applicable taxes. NADRA reserves the right to reject incomplete or conditional bids and to blacklist firms involved in corrupt practices.
