Prequalification for Purchase of MT Items and Automobile Workshops Repair & Maintenance for NHMP West Zone Quetta

The Office of the Deputy Inspector General, National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP), West Zone Quetta, invites prequalification applications from eligible firms for the purchase of Motor Transport (MT) items and automobile workshops for repair and maintenance of official vehicles for the Zonal Office and all sectors of West Zone including Sector-I Uthal, Sector-III Kalat, Sector N-50, and Sector N-10 Gwadar. This procurement is planned through Open Framework Agreements based on Least Cost Selection for the financial years 2026-27 to 2028-29 (3 years). Items being procured: - Tyres (various sizes and brands including Dunlop, Bridgestone, Yokohama or equivalent) - Batteries (Exide, Volta, AGS, Osaka NS-95, 65 AH, EH 110 L and equivalents) - All types of filters (air, fuel, AC, oil, spark plugs, brake pads/shoes) - Spare parts for official vehicles - Repair and maintenance services including mechanical, electrical, denting, painting, AC system, wheel alignment/balancing, seat cover, engine repairing - Automobile workshops with technical and non-technical staff, tools, equipment, and dealership certificates The scope covers supply and on-demand repair and maintenance services for official vehicles across the West Zone sectors. Prequalification criteria include financial soundness, experience with minimum 3 work orders of similar nature, technical capabilities, valid registrations (FBR, BRA, SRB), and non-blacklisting certificates. A refundable security deposit of Rs. 15,000/- is required with the application. Applications must be signed, stamped, and submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Deputy Inspector General, NHMP West Zone, Survey No.446/E, Quetta Cantt, Near Café China Check Post, Staff College Road, Quetta. Bids will be opened on 16-09-2026 at 12:30 PM. Interested applicants may obtain prequalification documents from the DIG office or download from www.nhmp.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk after registration. Only prequalified applicants will be invited to participate in the bidding process. The tender follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure.
