The Local Government & Rural Development Department in Bannu is inviting sealed tenders for a series of infrastructure development works under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI) 2025-26, ADP No.251263. This opportunity is open to government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department, following the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Installation of Pressure Pumps with Solarization at UCs (Bizen Khel, Aral Hati Khel, Asperka Waziran, Domel, Khander Khan Khel & Zeraki Pirba Khel) in PK-99 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 50.00 Million) - Construction of PCC Street Pavement at UCs (Bizen Khel, Aral Hati Khel, Asperka Waziran, Domel, Khander Khan Khel, Zeraki Pirba Khel, Shehbaz Azmat Khel, Slema Sikander Khel, Jhanda Khel & Shamshi Khel) in PK-99 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 65.00 Million) - Installation of Pressure Pumps (8x6) & (6x4) at UCs (Asperka Waziran, Bizen Khel, Aral Hati Khel, Zeraki Pirba Khel, Khander Khan Khel, Slema Sikander Khel, Shahbaz Azmat Khel, Shamshi Khel & Jhanda Khel) in PK-99 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 50.00 Million) - Construction of PCC Streets, Retaining Wall & RCC Culverts at UCs in PK-99 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 4.999 Million) The technical scope includes installation of solarized pressure pumps, construction of PCC streets, retaining walls, and RCC culverts across multiple union councils. All works are to be executed as per approved PC-I and MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) or non-MRS items. Eligible contractors must be at least PEC Category C4 & Above. Bid Security is required as per item, ranging from Rs. 99,980 to Rs. 1,300,000, in the form of call deposit in favor of the Assistant Director (Senior) LG&RDD H.Q Bannu.
