Rehabilitation and Provision of Sanitation, Sewerage, and Drinking Water Supply Schemes in Kalash Valley

The Special Purpose Kalash Valley Development Authority in District Lower Chitral invites sealed tenders through the EPADS e-procurement system for multiple rehabilitation and infrastructure improvement works aimed at enhancing community access and sanitation in the Kalash Valley region. Contractors must be registered with FBR and KPRA and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of both authorities at the time of bid submission. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required, with additional securities applicable for bids below certain thresholds. Tender fee of Rs. 2000/- is payable to the SPKVDA bank account.
