Tender Description
The Special Purpose Kalash Valley Development Authority in District Lower Chitral invites sealed tenders through the EPADS e-procurement system for multiple rehabilitation and infrastructure improvement works aimed at enhancing community access and sanitation in the Kalash Valley region. The works include rehabilitation of the Gram Heritage Trail for enhancing community access to religious sites in Rumbur, provision of sanitation and sewerage system at Shekhanandeh Rumbur, and safe drinking water supply schemes at Sheikhanadeh (Ustoi to Mikinjal) Bumburat and Wadus-Dawatanga. Additional works include conservation, rehabilitation, and sanitation of Kalasha-Era heritage and graveyard at Jinjiret Kuh, and rehabilitation of a micro hydel project at Guru Birir.

These works require contractors registered with PEC in the relevant category and enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Contractors must be registered with FBR and KPRA and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of both authorities at the time of bid submission. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required, with additional securities applicable for bids below certain thresholds. Tender fee of Rs. 2000/- is payable to the SPKVDA bank account. The deadline for bid submission and opening is 14th September 2026 at 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm respectively. Online clarifications are accepted until 5:00 pm on 11th September 2026.
