Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Rawalpindi invites bids for the Preventive Maintenance Backup Support Program 2026-27 covering rural water supply schemes in Karachi, Tehsil, and District Rawalpindi. This tender is issued under the Single Stage Single Envelope procurement method and is open to firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category CE-10, CE-11 (Solar Energy System & General Electrical Works) and holding valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council and PPRA. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System and submit bids online through the system.
