Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Attock invites tenders for approved development schemes for the financial year 2026-27 under the 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 schedule. The procurement is for preventive maintenance of the functional rural water supply scheme located in Village Kamrial, Tehsil Pindi Gheb, District Attock. Items being procured:
- Preventive Maintenance of Functional Rural Water Supply Scheme in Village Kamrial Tehsil Pindi Gheb District Attock with an estimated bid cost of Rs. 46.610 Million.
The technical scope includes maintenance and upkeep of the water supply infrastructure to ensure continuous and efficient service delivery. Bidders must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses with codes CE-09 or CE-10 and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA portal. Earnest Money amounting to 5% of the estimated cost must be deposited as per PPRA guidelines. Contractors must also be registered with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and hold a valid Active Taxpayer List (ATL) certificate.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 01:00 AM on 5th September 2026. The tender opening will take place the same day at 2:30 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Attock. All bids must be item-wise and complete; incomplete or unfilled bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules-2014.
