Supply of Printed A-4 Bill Forms with Data Printing and Distribution of Consumer Bills with Geo Location Tagging

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Layyah is inviting bids from qualified engineering firms and contractors for the supply and distribution of printed consumer billing materials in Layyah. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above and must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement website. Firms should have valid FBR registration and demonstrate relevant experience in similar printing and distribution projects. Earnest money amounting to 5% of the estimated cost must be deposited online in favor of the Director Finance WASA Layyah. The tender submission deadline is 12 August 2026 by 12:00 PM, with technical bids opening the same day at 12:30 PM via the e-procurement system. Hard copies will not be accepted.
