Tender Description
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Layyah is inviting bids from qualified engineering firms and contractors for the supply and distribution of printed consumer billing materials in Layyah. This tender is specifically for the procurement of printed A-4 bill forms with data printing and the distribution of consumer bills with geo location tagging, ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes.

The scope of work includes the production of high-quality printed bill forms suitable for consumer billing purposes and the systematic distribution of these bills incorporating geo location tagging technology. This will enhance the accuracy of bill delivery and consumer data management. The contract duration is 12 months, reflecting the ongoing nature of the billing cycle.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above and must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement website. Firms should have valid FBR registration and demonstrate relevant experience in similar printing and distribution projects. Earnest money amounting to 5% of the estimated cost must be deposited online in favor of the Director Finance WASA Layyah.
The tender submission deadline is 12 August 2026 by 12:00 PM, with technical bids opening the same day at 12:30 PM via the e-procurement system. Hard copies will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the e-procurement submission guidelines and ensure all documents, including CDRs, are authentic to avoid disqualification.
