Bidders are advised to carefully review the printing specifications and ensure accuracy in text and title cover printing, as the procuring agency will not verify errors or blueprints. The responsibility for correctness lies entirely with the printer.
A practical tip for bidders is to visit the procuring office to review the specimen of the audit reports and binding style before submission.
