The Directorate General of Literacy & Non-Formal Basic Education Lahore invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the printing of various educational materials. Items being procured: - Printing of Assessment Papers - Attendance Sheets/Result Sheets (A4 Size 70 GSM, minimum 80 brightness, minimum 85% whiteness, minimum 90% opacity, good-quality for printing, compatible with standard offset, accurately trimmed to specified A4 size, suitable for duplex printing) - Certificate/Report Card (A4 Size 210 GSM bleach card, minimum 90% brightness, minimum 100% whiteness, minimum 100% opacity, sheets properly cut, clean four-color printing with clear, sharp and properly registered colours) - Khaki Envelope (Legal Size 70 GSM Khaki color, envelopes clean, properly cut, free from tears, stains, loose pasting or other manufacturing defects and adequate tear resistance) The technical scope includes high-quality printing with specific material standards and color accuracy. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have a professional tax certificate for FY-2026-27. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Earnest money in the form of a 2% bid security of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bid submission deadline is 23rd October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 12th October 2026 at 11:30 AM.
