Tender Description

The Directorate General Audit Power Lahore is procuring printing services for audit reports related to the Power Division and its attached entities. This procurement is specifically for printing audit reports for various electric supply companies including MEPCO, GEPCO, IESCO, FESCO, LESCO, HESCO, and the Ministry of Energy accounts. The work location is Lahore, with the reports to be delivered to the Report Section at the DG Audit Power office on Kashmir Road. The technical scope includes printing audit reports on white offset imported 80 gram paper with white art card covers laminated in three colors (green, white, yellow). The binding style is sewing (XI-C). Quantities vary per report, with each report having around 700 copies and page counts ranging from 92 to 262 pages. The printing must meet the specifications outlined in the bidding documents and Annex-A. Eligible bidders must have experience in printing books or reports, with at least three similar assignments completed in the last five financial years, each valued at no less than PKR one million. Valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates, along with FBR/ATL registration, are mandatory. A bid security of 2% of the bid amount in the form of CDR or bank draft payable to Directorate General Audit Power Lahore is required. Performance security of 5% of the contract price will be retained until acceptance. Bids must be submitted electronically via e-PADS by 2nd June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM in Islamabad. Interested bidders should download bidding documents from E-PADS and the PPRA website. The submission deadline and bid security requirements are strictly enforced. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the bid security and all required documents are complete and submitted electronically before the deadline. Missing or incomplete bid security will lead to rejection. Familiarity with the e-PADS system and early submission can prevent last-minute technical issues and increase chances of success.
