This procurement is specifically for the production of 500 copies of the magazine, which will be printed on 18x24/4 size paper. The magazine will be printed on 300 gram matte laminated art card with 80 gram paper for the inside pages. The total number of pages is 330, including 250 simple pages and 80 colored pages printed on 115 gram art paper. The magazine will be published in multiple languages including Urdu (75 pages), Pashto (50 pages), Arabic (50 pages), and English (75 pages), with each language section printed separately.
The printing work will be carried out at the college premises, and all materials and printing must meet the specified quality standards. The tender requires bidders to submit their offers by June 2, 2026, by 11:00 AM at the college office. Interested bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL and should have relevant experience in printing similar publications. Earnest Money in the form of a CDR is mandatory, and all bids must comply with the KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014.
Bidders should ensure that their technical and financial bids are complete and submitted on time to avoid disqualification. The college reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully check the paper quality and printing specifications before submitting samples, as adherence to these details is critical for acceptance. This tender offers a valuable opportunity for printing firms experienced in multi-language publications to work with a reputable educational institution in Swabi.
