Printing of Electricity Consumer Bills and Allied Reports for Muzaffarabad, Rawalakote, Kotli, and Mirpur Computer Centers

The Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir, Office Director General Commercial Electricity Muzaffarabad, invites sealed bids from income tax and sales tax registered, well-reputed firms for the printing of electricity consumer bills and allied reports. This procurement covers four computer centers located at Muzaffarabad, Rawalakote, Kotli, and Mirpur. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and resources for printing the bills, including printing machines, toner, maintenance kits, and other hardware. The department will only provide the bill forms and allied stationary for MIS reporting. Items being procured: - Printing of electricity consumer bills (per-copy cost basis) - Printing of allied reports for MIS reporting - Provision of printing machines - Supply of toner - Maintenance kits - Other related hardware for computer centers at Muzaffarabad, Rawalakote, Kotli, and Mirpur The technical scope includes the supply, installation, and support services for the required printing infrastructure at all four locations. Bidders must ensure that their quoted rates are inclusive of General Sales Tax and all other prevailing taxes in AJK. The firm must submit a bid security amounting to PKR 500,000 in the shape of CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of the Director General Commercial Electricity Muzaffarabad. The validity of the bid security should not be less than 150 days from the date of bid opening, and the validity of rates should not be less than 120 days from the same date. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities, not be blacklisted, and provide an affidavit confirming compliance. Bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 21-08-2026 at the office of the undersigned, and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
