Tender Description
Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites proposals for a THIRD-PARTY COMPREHENSIVE SECURITY AUDIT OF DATA WAREHOUSE PLATFORM in Lahore.
Items being procured:
- Third-Party Comprehensive Security Audit of Data Warehouse Platform
The procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. The Terms of Reference (TOR) documents are available for free download at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial proposals, duly completed, signed, and stamped, fully conforming to the TOR.
Eligibility requires valid Income/Sales Tax registration certificates and other documents as specified in the TOR. Proposals that are incomplete, unsigned, late, or submitted by unauthorized modes will be rejected. PITB reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
The submission deadline is 1100 hours on 16th October 2026, with proposal opening at 1130 hours the same day at PITB's office located at 11th Floor, Arfa Software Technology Park, 346-B, Ferozepur Road, Lahore.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your Technical Bid strictly follows the TOR requirements and is clearly separated from the Financial Bid to avoid disqualification under the two-envelope procedure.
