Printing of Examination Answer Sheets and Supply of General Stationary Items

Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering & Information Technology (KFUEIT) Rahim Yar Khan invites e-bids under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from eligible, well-reputed, and registered firms for the procurement of printing and supply services in Rahim Yar Khan. Items being procured: - Printing of Examination sheets and related items - Supply of General Stationary Items The tender is divided into two lots, allowing bidders to participate in either or both. The combined estimated cost is Rs. 38,067,330/- with bid security required at 2% of the estimated cost. Bidding documents are available free of cost for download on the Punjab EPADS portal (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Separate Technical and Financial E-Bids must be submitted exclusively via the Punjab EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 29-10-2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of bidders' representatives. All bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security paid online through EPADS as per PPRA Rule 27. Late bids or bids without bid security will not be entertained. KFUEIT reserves the right to reject any or all bids or lots at any time prior to acceptance under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014 and the decision of the Purchase Committees will be final.
