AUCTION: Canteen Services for Session 2026-27 at Government Associate College (W) Hassan Abdal Attock

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Government Associate College (W) Hassan Abdal Attock invites sealed bids from reputable eligible bidders, firms, individual contractors, and Canteen/Cafeteria Service Providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments (FBR & PRA). Bidders must have at least one year of experience in canteen services within government, semi-government, or reputed private female/co-educational institutes for the period 19-10-2026 to 18-10-2027. Items being auctioned: - Canteen Services for the academic session 2026-27 The auction is for the provision of canteen services at the Government Associate College (W) Hassan Abdal Attock located in Attock city. The contract will initially be for one year with a possible extension for another year based on satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. The annual reserve price (minimum bid) is set at Rs. 158667/-. Bidders must submit a refundable earnest money of Rs. 7933/- (5% of the reserve price) in the form of call deposit, demand draft, or pay order in the name of the Principal of the college. Bidding documents are available in English and can be obtained from the college's admin office upon payment of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) between 08:30 to 13:00 hours during office days. The bidding process follows a single-stage one envelope procedure. Sealed bids must reach the office by 10 A.M on October 5, 2026. Late bids will be rejected. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The bids will be publicly opened on October 5, 2026, at 11 A.M in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives in the college meeting room. The Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without liability.
