Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department in Karachi invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the printing of the official newsletter 'The Flame' on a quarterly basis for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers four quarterly print runs scheduled as follows:
- Printing of Official Newsletter 'The Flame' for July to September 2026 (Quantity: 1000 copies)
- Printing of Official Newsletter 'The Flame' for October to December 2026 (Quantity: 1000 copies)
- Printing of Official Newsletter 'The Flame' for January to March 2027 (Quantity: 1000 copies)
- Printing of Official Newsletter 'The Flame' for April to June 2027 (Quantity: 1000 copies)
Each print run involves the production of 1000 copies of the newsletter, with delivery to the Operation Store, Karachi. The printing schedule requires delivery within 60 to 90 days after confirmation of the purchase order for each quarter. The scope includes all materials and workmanship necessary to produce the newsletter as per specifications.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR (NTN and GST) and submit all tender documents duly signed and stamped. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 03:30 PM, with bid opening at 04:00 PM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted. A bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is required, and original bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure compliance with all requirements including bid validity of 120 days and fixed pricing in PKR. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) criteria. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
