Tender Description
Pakistan Railways invites bids for the printing of its CAT Main Program and Top Layer for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This procurement is managed by the Pakistan Railways Printing Division located in Karachi, Sindh. The tender includes two main items being procured:
- Top Layer
- Main Program
The printing work involves producing high-quality printed materials as per the specifications provided by Pakistan Railways. The scope covers the entire printing process including layout, design adherence, and delivery within the stipulated timelines. The tender documents specify submission and opening times for both items separately, ensuring clarity in the bidding process.
Eligible bidders should have relevant experience in large-scale printing projects and must comply with Pakistan Railways procurement policies. Registration with FBR and ATL is mandatory. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and CDR requirements are detailed in the tender documents. Bidders are advised to carefully review the technical and financial bid submission requirements to avoid disqualification.
The tender was published on 25th June 2026, with the submission deadline set for 29th July 2026 at 2:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM. The submission address is the Pakistan Railways Printing Division office on M.T. Khan Road, Karachi. Interested suppliers should ensure timely delivery of bids to avoid rejection.
A practical tip for bidders is to prepare their technical and financial bids separately and double-check all required documents including Earnest Money and registration certificates. Late submissions will not be entertained, so early preparation is recommended to meet the strict deadline.
