Tender Description
The Pakistan Air Force Directorate General Public Relations at Air Headquarters Islamabad is planning the annual procurement and production of various printed materials and promotional items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement includes a wide range of items such as PAF Posters (15 types), Classical Posters, Public Awareness Posters, PAF Caps, Key Chains, Diaries, Mugs, Shirts, Stickers (inside and outside, 15 types each), Leaflets for GD (P), CAE, Airmen, Training Leaflets, Eid Cards, Brochures for Officers (GD and Non GD), Airmen, Civilians, as well as Wall and Table Calendars for VIP and normal distribution. The quantities for each item range from 20,000 to 100,000 units depending on the item type.
The technical scope covers high-quality printing and production of these materials adhering to the specifications and standards set by the Pakistan Air Force. Suppliers must be capable of handling large scale printing jobs with consistent quality and timely delivery. The procurement will follow a two-stage bidding procedure, ensuring that technical and financial bids are evaluated separately to maintain transparency and fairness.
Eligible bidders should be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in large scale printing and production contracts, preferably with government or defense organizations, will be advantageous. Earnest Money and CDR requirements will be as per PPRA rules and detailed in the bidding documents.
The tentative procurement timeline indicates publication and procurement starting in April 2026, with contract awards expected by July 2026 and completion by June 2027. Bidders should prepare their technical and financial proposals carefully and submit them before the closing date. The submission address will be provided in the official bidding documents issued by the Pakistan Air Force.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all samples and technical specifications are strictly compliant with the tender requirements. Early engagement with the procuring department for clarifications can help avoid disqualification during the technical evaluation stage. Attention to detail in the technical bid will significantly improve chances of success in this competitive procurement.
