Printing of Prospectus for Divisional Public School & College Sahiwal

Divisional Public School & College Sahiwal invites sealed tenders from General Sales Tax & Income Tax Registered firms or Suppliers for printing items for the Divisional Public School & College Sahiwal. The procurement is specifically for the printing of prospectus. Items being procured: - Printing of Prospectus The tender cost is Rs. 2000/- which must be paid in the form of a Pay Order in favour of the Principal DPS Sahiwal. Bidders are required to submit a bid security amounting to Rs. 50,000/- in the form of a CDR from a bank in favour of the Principal DPS Sahiwal. The bidding process follows a single stage consisting of three separate envelopes all enclosed within one sealed outer envelope. One envelope must contain the pay order of the tender cost along with the CDR of bid security/earnest money, the second envelope must contain the technical bid, and the third envelope must contain the financial bid. The tender may be submitted by courier or by hand within the stipulated time. The last date for submission of bids is 12-11-2026 at 11:30 A.M. The bids will be opened at 12:15 P.M. on the same day in the office of the Principal DPS Sahiwal. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject proposals.
