Provision of Materials for Maintenance, Upgradation and Development of Training Facilities, Stationary Items and Gazettes of Education Board

ASC Centre Nowshera Cantonment invites sealed quotations from all government contractors for the provision of materials required for maintenance, upgradation, and development of training facilities. The procurement also includes stationary items and Gazettes of the Education Board of the country, covering regions including Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) for Matric and Intermediate 2026 sessions. These items will be supplied out of the allotted or expected funds for the Financial Year 2026/27. Items being procured: - Materials for maintenance and upgradation of training facilities - Stationary items - Gazettes of Education Board (Matric & Intermediate 2026) including AJK and GB Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to GSO-I (Training) ASC Centre Nowshera Cantonment. All bids will be opened on 13 November 2026 at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders at the GSO-I (Training) office. Rates quoted by bidders should be exclusive of GST and valid until 30 June 2027. Interested bidders may obtain the list of goods and related information from the Training Branch during working hours. The Commandant ASC Centre reserves the right to reject any or all quotations at any time by assigning plausible reasons. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission before the deadline and to carefully review the list of required items from the Training Branch to prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
