Printing Services for Designing & Printing of DUET Graduate Profile Directory

Dawood University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Karachi invites bids for the procurement of printing services specifically for designing and printing the Graduate Profile Directory. This procurement is aimed at suppliers capable of delivering high-quality printing and design work in Karachi. Items being procured: - Designing and printing of DUET Graduate Profile Directory - Directory size: 8.4'' x 11'' - Pages: 750-800 - Printing: 4+4 color printing on 128 gram art/mat paper - Cover: 4+4 color printing on 350 gram art card with mat lamination and spot UV on front side - Printing samples to be approved prior to final production The scope includes the complete printing and designing process with strict adherence to the specifications provided. The delivery period is 15 days or before, after approval of samples and handing over of printing data. Bidders must have relevant experience of at least 5 years in the printing field, be registered with FBR and SRB as active taxpayers, and have a local printing press or office in Karachi. Submission of quality printing samples with the bid is mandatory. Bidders are required to submit their bids online through the SPPRA EPADS portal along with original pay orders for bid security and tender fee. The bid security amount is fixed as per the NIT and must be submitted in the form of pay order, demand draft, or bank guarantee. The bids must be valid for 90 days from the date of opening. Performance security of 5% of the quoted bid amount is required within 7 days of contract award notification. Technical bids will be evaluated on compliance with specifications, experience, financial capability, and submission of required documents. The Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. Bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all eligibility criteria to avoid disqualification.
