Printing & Supply of Corrugated Boxes/Cartons

The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the Printing & Supply of Corrugated Boxes/Cartons. The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Corrugated Boxes/Cartons Bid documents are immediately available for free download at the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Bids must be uploaded and submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 28-10-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date to be announced. The bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be paid or submitted digitally via 1Link or Bank Guarantee options through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory with the bids. This tender is published on the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), The Bank of Punjab website (www.bop.com.pk), and the Punjab e-Procurement System. The Bank will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the submission of bid documents. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure timely uploading of bids on the e-Procurement portal to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of bid documents and digital payment of bid security will facilitate smooth participation.
