Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Energy-Efficient BLDC Ceiling Fans with Buy-Back/Adjustment on Annual Framework Contract Basis

The University of The Punjab Lahore invites bids from interested manufacturers, authorized sole distributors, contractors, and suppliers registered with GST, PST & NTN for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of energy-efficient BLDC ceiling fans on an annual framework contract basis. The procurement includes two lots: - Lot-1: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Energy-Efficient BLDC Ceiling Fans (max. 30 W) with buy-back/adjustment of existing fans, estimated at Rs. 33.25 Million. - Lot-2: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Energy-Efficient BLDC Ceiling Fans (max. 30 W) on annual framework contract basis, estimated at Rs. 6 Million. Bids will be accepted only through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). No physical financial instruments like CDR or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of Punjab as per Punjab e-Procurement System regulations.
