Supply of Various Tents by Emergency Services Department Punjab

The Emergency Services Department Punjab invites e-Bids from Manufacturers and Authorized Distributors registered with the Tax Departments in Pakistan for the procurement of various tents. The procurement is specifically for the city of Lahore under the Government of the Punjab. Items being procured: - 27 SQM Tents (18x16x8 ft) Qty: 2 - 18 SQM Tents (12x16x8 ft) Qty: 29 - Personal Tents (7x3x3.5 ft) Qty: 15 - Gazebo Tents (10x10x8 ft) Qty: 4 The bidding process will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bidders must be registered with the e-Procurement System and submit their bids using the PDF upload method. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement system or PPRA website without any fee. Complete bids along with required documents must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by 28-10-2026 up to 11:00 am. The bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 am. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the portal. No physical financial instruments such as CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee will be accepted.
