Headquarters Special Communications Organization Qasim Road Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for supply of the following stores in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - O&M Sp/ SLA Services of IP MW Network - Consumable Spares for Maintenance of OFC - Consumable Spares for Maintenance of Transmission Systems - Network Components, Accessories & Spares for Datacom and Transmission Systems - Consumable Parts of Test Instruments (OFC & Splicing machine) - ZMC Items (OFC Test Equipment) Spares - OTN Equipment (OSN Spares) Longhaul Network - IP Microwave and Power Spares - Layer-3 Hybrid Switch (PTN Spares) - SFiber-Air Spares Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the Ordnance Branch of this Headquarters on any working day upon provision of a National Bank of Pakistan Draft for Rs. 2000.00 (non-refundable) in favour of HQ SCO. The tender must be submitted along with sealed brochure/sample by the due date at 1000 hours. Technical Proposal will be opened on the same date at 1030 hours, followed by Financial Bid opening in presence of bidders' representatives after evaluation of Technical Proposal. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time without assigning reasons. Tender is also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk.
