Special Communications Organization (SCO) Quam Road Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of a diverse range of goods and technical items required for their operations in Rawalpindi. Additionally, the printing of telephone bills and provision of ODN & joint enclosures, as well as exchange end devices, are required to support ongoing communication infrastructure and operational needs. Bidders must ensure they are registered with FBR and are on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000 is applicable for each item, and a bid security of PKR 1,000 per item must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of ADOS SCO Quam Road Rawalpindi. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes as per the instructions provided in the tender document. The deadline for submission is 04 November 2026, and late submissions will not be entertained.
