Tender Description
The Pakistan Forest Institute (PFI) located in Peshawar is procuring the hiring services of a Private Security Agency or firm to provide Armed Guards for security purposes. This tender is specifically issued by the Pakistan Forest Institute and targets qualified security firms with valid NTN and GST registration. Items being procured:

The scope of this procurement includes the provision of armed security personnel to safeguard the premises and assets of the Pakistan Forest Institute in Peshawar. The security agency must be registered and compliant with all legal requirements including NTN and GST. Interested bidders must register with the EPADS system to obtain a user name and password for participation. A refundable call deposit of 2% of the quoted price in the form of a CDR in favor of the Executive Officer, PFI, Peshawar is mandatory. All applicable government taxes will be charged as per rules. Incomplete tenders will be rejected.
The deadline for submission is the 18th of August 2026 by 2:00 pm, with bid opening scheduled at 2:30 pm on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the deadline. Firms with experience in security services and proper registration are encouraged to participate.
