Procurement of 03KVA UPS with 12V (2 x 230 AH Battery Backup) for Different NBP Branches Across Pakistan

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids for the procurement of 03KVA UPS units with 12V (2 x 230 AH) battery backup for different NBP branches across Pakistan. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to supply, install, test, and commission UPS systems at various NBP locations nationwide, with the main office located in Karachi. Items being procured: - 03KVA UPS units (Line interactive, long backup, pure sine wave, input voltage 165-275VAC, output voltage 220/230VAC, power factor 0.7) including 10 Rft cable of 6mm2 and 16A circuit breaker - Batteries for UPS (12V, 2x230Ah, dry sealed lead acid maintenance free) - Main power cabling (Cu/PVC/PVC cables, 6mm2, 3-core) - Miniature circuit breakers (16A) The technical scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of UPS and batteries, along with necessary power cabling and circuit breakers. The UPS must be from approved makes such as Power Edge, Delux, MZ, Dynamic or equivalent, and batteries from Long, Leoch, Lido, Narada or equivalent. The installation will be supervised and inspected by NBP engineering staff. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least five years of experience in the related field in Pakistan, proven track record of installing 3KVA UPS units in the last three years, office presence in Karachi and Quetta for after-sales service, and financial capability with average sales volume of at least Rs. 50 million in the last three years. Bidders must also provide technical staff details and OEM certificates. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Original bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline at the Procurement Division office, 3rd floor, NBP Head Office Building, I.I Chundrigar Road, Karachi. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
