Procurement of 100 KVA Pad Mounted Transformers with Internal Metering Arrangements

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of 100 KVA Pad Mounted Transformers including internal metering arrangements with 04 Nos. CTs of 400/5A without meters. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - 100 KVA Pad Mounted Transformers (Including internal metering arrangements with 04 Nos. CTs of 400/5A without meters), total quantity 150 units delivered in three batches of 50 units each within 60, 90, and 120 days respectively from the date of issuance of Purchase Order. The transformers must comply with NTDC specifications DDS-71:2004 & DDS-84:2020 (WITH AMENDMENT-5) including the specifications for fiber glass reinforced plastic doors as per IESCO's annexure. Inspection will be conducted jointly by Chief Engineer (MI) PPMC Lahore and Chief Engineer (MM) IESCO Islamabad. Bidders must provide a bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee and submit bids electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal. Original bid security must be submitted physically to IESCO Head Office, G7/4 Street 40 Islamabad before the bid submission deadline. Eligibility criteria include valid prototype approval, registration with DISCOs/PPMC/WAPDA/NGC, no blacklisting, financial capacity, manufacturing and supply experience, and compliance with technical specifications. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Key dates: Bids must be submitted by Friday, September 4, 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted.
