Procurement of 11 KV Distribution Hardware Material by Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO)

The Material Management department of Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of 11 KV Distribution Hardware Material for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed through the National Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal for registered bidders. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Items being procured: - Stay Rod (Quantity: 10,970) - Eye Nut (Quantity: 10,000) - L.T C.Ts 100/5 Amps Current Transformer (Quantity: 2,577) - Double Arming Bolts 12x5/8" (Quantity: 17,999) - Double Arming Bolts 14x5/8" (Quantity: 9,099) - Double Arming Bolts 20x5/8" (Quantity: 7,337) All items are to be delivered to the Regional Store PESCO Nowshera, with distribution to Peshawar, Bannu, and Chakdara as per PESCO requirements within 45 to 90 days. The materials must conform to the relevant WAPDA PPMC/NTDC specifications as amended to date. The warranty period for all items is one year. Eligible bidders must upload valid prototype approvals or affidavits where applicable, provide FBR registration, and submit declarations confirming no blacklisting. Bidders should have prior experience with DISCOs or other WAPDA formations supported by performance certificates. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee is mandatory.
