Tender Description
The Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of 11kV Steel Cross Arms with Braces under Tender No. 1964/26, reference P94399, for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned for delivery to Regional Stores HESCO located in Hyderabad, Jamshoro, and Nawabshah in Sindh province. Items being procured:
- 11kV Steel Structure Cross Arms with Braces, Quantity: 32,000 numbers
The goods must conform strictly to WAPDA/PPMC/NTDC standard Specification No. DDS-13:09 (amended to date). The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must be registered manufacturers with HESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA in the relevant category and must have demonstrated at least one purchase order of similar items with satisfactory completion within the last five years. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is mandatory and must be submitted both electronically and physically before the closing date.
The delivery period is 90 days from the date of purchase order issuance. Inspection will be conducted jointly by Chief Engineer (MI) PPMC Lahore or authorized representative and HESCO representatives. Partial deliveries and payments are allowed. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of completion of supply. Technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and detailed bidding documents are available on EPADS portal. The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted.
