Procurement of 125 MM Tank Gun Components

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms for the procurement of 125 MM Tank Gun Components on FOR basis. This procurement is under the Supply Chain Management Directorate at HIT Taxila Cantt, Punjab. The tender reference is 7885/RT-7712/26-27/GF/FOR (Gp-I)/SCM dated 28 Sep 2026. The bid submission deadline is 20 October 2026 at 10:30 hours, with bid opening at 11:00 hours the same day. Items being procured: - YA3007F2/01-24 Supporting Sleeve Steel 35, Quantity: 4 Nos - YA3007F2/01-18 O-Ring Rubber, Quantity: 64 Nos - YA3007F2/10-8 Supporting Plate Steel 25, Quantity: 70 Nos - G B/T3452.1-2005 O-Ring 23.6 x 3.55, Quantity: 160 Nos The delivery period is 2 months after signing of contract, with destination at GF, HIT Taxila. The procurement follows PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production (MoDP) rules. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes as per the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical bids must include a muted bid security of Rs 2,000/- in the form of a postal order in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and compliance with DPP&I-35 regulations. Firms must not be blacklisted or debarred and must provide audited financial statements for the last three years, bank statements, CNIC copies, and other required documents. Bid security must be submitted as Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft, or Pay Order as per instructions. The technical scope includes supply of brand new components conforming to approved drawings and specifications, with warranty and performance guarantees. Inspection and testing will be conducted by the purchaser's representatives.
