Procurement of 132 kV ACSR Conductor (Rail and Lynx)

The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of 132 kV ACSR Conductor (Rail and Lynx) to be delivered to HAZECO Regional Store Abbottabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026. Items being procured: - ACSR Lynx Conductor Bare wire, Quantity: 12600 meters, Delivery Schedule: 120 Days - ACSR Rail Conductor Bare wire, Quantity: 52200 meters, Delivery Schedule: 120 Days The conductors must conform to NTDC Specification P-50:1988 (Amended to date). The scope includes supply of new, unused conductors with all recent improvements in design and materials. Inspection and testing will be conducted at the manufacturer's works by authorized representatives of HAZECO. Valid type test reports from accredited laboratories must be submitted with the bid. Warranty period is 24 months from date of acceptance or 18 months from installation, whichever is earlier. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, have relevant experience with DISCOs or WAPDA, and meet financial capacity requirements. Joint ventures are allowed with up to two members. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal before the deadline. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted online on November 13, 2026 at 03:30 PM.
