Procurement of Two (02) CBU DCC 680 kVA Diesel Generator Set (DG Set)

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of two (02) Complete Built-Up (CBU) Data Center Continuous (DCC) 680 kVA Diesel Generator Sets (DG Sets) under tender number NADRA-HQ-RFB-123/2026. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The scope includes supply, installation, integration with existing infrastructure, testing, commissioning, and provision of related services for the DG sets at NADRA HQ Islamabad. Items being procured: - Two (02) CBU DCC 680 kVA Diesel Generator Sets with built-in fuel tanks for 8 hours backup - Reprogramming of existing Deep-Sea Modules for independent generator-backed power paths - Two independent external vertical fuel tanks of 5000 liters each for 24 hours continuous operation - Supply and installation of power cables (4-core 95 mm² and 1-core 300 mm²) for ATS and LT panels - Supply and installation of 630 Amp ATS Distribution Board with MOR provisioning - Dismantling, relocation, and reinstallation of existing 500 kVA diesel generator sets - Foundations, earthing, bonding, and civil infrastructure including construction of a room over the power room - Provision of rental generator and mobile generator DB for temporary power during cutover The technical scope requires the generators to be weatherproof, DCC rated, with noise levels not exceeding 75 dB(A), and suitable for installation within a limited space of 232" x 386". Fuel systems must include gravity filling, filtration, and digital fuel level gauges. The project includes electrical modifications to convert the existing synchronized DG system into two independent DG-backed power paths integrated with the existing SCADA system. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, GST registration, active taxpayer status, non-blacklisting affidavit, OEM affiliation proof, and DCC certification. Bidders must submit original bid security before the deadline. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) with detailed technical and financial criteria. The successful bidder will be responsible for turnkey execution including supply, installation, testing, commissioning, documentation, training, warranty, and preventive maintenance.
