Procurement of 132kv Steel Pole SPA, SPD and SPG Tubular Poles

The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) based in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring 132kv Steel Pole SPA, SPD and SPG Tubular Poles for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement involves supply of power transmission steel towers as per WAPDA/NTDC specifications amended to date. The scope includes manufacturing and delivery of SPA, SPD, and SPG tubular steel poles to the regional store in Abbottabad within 150 days of contract award. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, possess valid NTN and GST registration, and have relevant PEC categories. Experience of supplying similar or higher rating materials in the last five years is mandatory, with at least five years manufacturing experience. Bidders must submit evidence of satisfactory operation of offered materials for at least three years in DISCO/NTDC/WAPDA/GENCO. Joint ventures are allowed with clear lead member nomination. Bid security in the form of bank guarantee is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
