Procurement of 132kV Steel Tubular Poles SPD & SPG

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) PMU is procuring 132kV Steel Tubular Poles SPD & SPG for its 132KV Qurtaba Grid Station located in Muzang, Lahore. This procurement is part of the financial year 2026-27 operations and aims to enhance the power transmission infrastructure in Lahore. The technical scope includes supply of steel tubular poles conforming to WAPDA/NTDC specifications, with valid type test reports from designated labs or an undertaking for fresh type tests at the bidder's cost. The delivery location is LESCO warehouse at Cheecho-ki-Mallian, Sheikhupura, with a delivery period of 180 days from contract agreement issuance. Eligible bidders must have at least 5 years manufacturing and 3 years supply experience of similar or higher capacity equipment, valid FBR registration, and satisfactory performance certificates from DISCO/NTDC. Joint ventures are allowed with up to two members, and bidders must submit a complete technical and financial bid on EPADS v2.0 by the submission deadline of Monday, June 29, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:15 AM on EPADS.
