Procurement of 132kV Steel Tubular Poles, 132kV ZM Type Towers & 220kV Type Towers for PESCO Peshawar

The Peshawar Electric Supply Company Limited (PESCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of high voltage transmission infrastructure items for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement covers three lots: Lot-1 consisting of 132kV Steel Tubular Poles (SPD and SPG types), Lot-2 comprising 132kV ZM Type Towers and leg extensions, and Lot-3 including 220kV Type Towers (EA, ED, EG types) with their respective extensions. The delivery location for all items is the PESCO GSC Warehouse at Jamrud Road, Hayatabad, Peshawar, with delivery periods ranging from 90 to 120 days depending on the lot. Items being procured: - Lot-1: 132kV Steel Tubular Poles (7 SPD and 9 SPG units) - Lot-2: ZM-30 Type Towers (85 units), Stubs & Cleats for ZM-30 Towers (85 sets), 3M Extensions for ZM-30 Towers (7 units), ZM-60 Type Towers (26 units), Stubs & Cleats for ZM-60 Towers (26 sets), 3M Extensions for ZM-60 Towers (4 units) - Lot-3: 220kV EA Type Tower (1 unit), 220kV EA+0+6 Meter Type Tower (1 unit), 220kV ED+0+8M Type Tower (4 units), 220kV EG+0+8M Type Tower (5 units) All goods must comply with WAPDA/NGC/IEC standards as amended to date and include valid type test reports from accredited laboratories. Bidders must demonstrate relevant manufacturing and supply experience, including at least five years of manufacturing experience and successful supply of similar materials to DISCOs, NTDC, PPMC, WAPDA, or GENCOs within the last five years. Financial criteria require an average annual turnover of at least PKR 110 million for Lot-1, PKR 340 million for Lot-2, and PKR 80 million for Lot-3. Joint ventures are allowed with a maximum of two members. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by **Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM**.
