Procurement of 15KV XLPE Power Cable 3/Core 4/0 AWG as per NTDC Specification P-29:2010

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of 15KV XLPE Power Cable 3/Core 4/0 AWG as per NTDC Specification No. P-29:2010 (Amended to date). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and the delivery is required on FCS basis at Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana, Sindh. The total quantity required is 5 kilometers of cable, to be supplied within 90 days or earlier from the date of purchase order issuance. Items being procured: - 15KV XLPE Power Cable 3/Core 4/0 AWG (5 Km) The cable shall conform to NTDC Specification P-29:2010, including conductor, insulation, semi-conducting layers, metallic screen, armouring, and PVC oversheath as detailed in the specification. The cable is suitable for 15,000 volts, 50 Hz three-phase distribution system, with conductor operating temperature up to 90°C and short circuit temperature up to 250°C. The cable shall be suitable for direct burial or duct installation in varying soil conditions. Eligibility criteria include valid prequalification/registration with SEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA, prototype approval for the cable, valid FBR registration and active taxpayer status, financial capacity, and past experience of at least two contracts for similar supplies in the last five years. Bid security of Rs. 1,040,250/- in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Hard copy of bid security must be submitted physically at SEPCO Head Office, Sukkur before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1:15 PM via EPADS v2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
