Tender Description
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Karachi invites sealed bids for the procurement of high-quality LED Monitors under tender number SSGC/LP/EPADS2/NR/2200341. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to supply 24 units of 27 inch LED monitors with IPS (In-Plane Switching) panels featuring anti-glare coating and Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) or above. The monitors must have a minimum refresh rate of 100 Hz, brightness of at least 300 cd/m2 (nits), static contrast ratio of 1000:1, and connectivity options including at least one HDMI port and one DisplayPort. The monitors should be factory-equipped with ergonomic stands allowing height adjustment, tilt, swivel, and pivot rotation. The warranty period is five years comprehensive onsite, which is mandatory for compliance.

The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and submit their bids electronically before the deadline. Physical submission of original bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee is mandatory at the specified address in Karachi before bid closing. The delivery period is 8 to 10 weeks from the date of contract commencement. Eligibility criteria include active FBR registration and compliance with SSGC's terms and conditions. Bid security amount is Rs. 33,000. Technical compliance with specifications and submission of required documents is essential.
