Bahria University Lahore Campus (BULC) invites sealed bids on E-PADs only for the procurement of 33 Desktop Tower Pro Machines. This procurement is open to GST registered firms and suppliers. Payment must be deposited at the Office of DD Procurement, Room No. 15, Basement Quaid Block, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad between 0900 to 1600 hrs except weekends and public holidays. The bidding procedure follows Single Stage - Two Envelopes as per PPRA Rules 2004. Hard copies of uploaded documents and bid security of Rs. 775,500/- (in original) must be deposited on or before 08 October 2026 by 1100 hrs at the Office of DD Procurement, Room No.15, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Conditional or incomplete bids will not be considered. Bidders should quote best and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes, transportation, and installation. Bahria University reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 33 of PPRA-2004.
